Four days in Crans-Montana in winter, with the family

In winter the plateau faces due south: you ski in the sun from the Plaine Morte glacier down to the villages, and lunch is on a terrace up the mountain.

With children everything is a shuttle ride away: activities that really keep them busy, tables where they are welcome, nothing too long.

The plan starts from Chetzeron, at 2,112 m, and takes in L'Ardoise Valaisanne, Cabane des Violettes and Winter Walking Trails among others. Every place links to its page, checked at the source.
