The fine dining rooms for a proper dinner
The nights you book well ahead, and never regret.
We kept the tables whose star the MICHELIN Guide confirms today, and we say what to order. Menus follow the season: check opening dates before booking, as several houses close between seasons.

Fine dining · Crans
Franck Reynaud's chalet dining room, where Valais produce gets the full-star treatment.
Franck Reynaud has cooked in this Crans chalet for more than thirty years, and it shows: nothing on the plate is there to impress, everything is there to be tasted. Wood, stone, a polished front-of-house team, and the hush of a room that knows exactly what it is doing.
Order this: The discovery menu, five to eight courses at the chef's pace

Fine dining · LeCrans · 1,650 m
Starred cooking in a curved glass rotunda, with Mont Blanc as the backdrop.
Le Mont Blanc fills the rotunda at LeCrans, 1,650 metres up, a semicircle of bay windows trained on the Alps. Yannick Crepaux, who trained with Guy Martin and Christian Constant, sets Swiss produce against French classics with a well-travelled edge: Simmental veal, endive, miso, ponzu, kumquat.
Order this: Time for Tea: five sweets, two savoury bites and a Valais-style scone
Good to know: 1 MICHELIN star (2026 guide)
Why not the others? There are other fine tables in the resort; they will join once we have checked their menu and season.
